What Happens During Your Two-Week Assessment
Before recommending changes, we learn how your firm actually operates.
We interview you and key members of your team and review the processes and tools behind intake, follow-up, consultations, client onboarding, case workflows, billing, and reporting.
Your clients’ confidentiality is protected. We don’t request or review client files, privileged communications, or client-identifying information. Our review uses interviews, process walkthroughs, and aggregated or redacted information.
Your team’s time: Most interviews are planned for 20–60 minutes per participant, depending on their role. We’ll confirm the participants and schedule with you before beginning.

What happens after the assessment?
If you move forward, we agree on the systems to implement, the measurable goals they’re working toward, and how progress will be reviewed. Philip then implements and manages those systems alongside your team, adjusting as the work develops.
